Heavy Equipment Operations Coordinator

Salary: $26-$30 per hour
Job Description: As the Heavy Equipment Operations Coordinator, you will work onsite in Tacoma, WA and play a vital role in supporting the efficient operation of the equipment and trucking division within our heavy civil construction company. Your responsibilities will include processing billing and invoices, managing timecard entries for trucking employees, processing L&I and DBE paperwork for trucking projects, and providing administrative support to project teams and drivers.
Required Skills & Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of construction and/or trucking equipment operations. You should also be able to effectively communicate with team members and management.
