Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Account Representative at AD Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services and their overall experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service and Support: Respond to customer inquiries and needs via phone, email, chat, and in-person in a timely and professional manner.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve customer issues and complaints in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Technical Support: Provide information, troubleshooting, and technical support to customers.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with service and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Training and Development: Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Feedback and Communication: Communicate with customers to gather feedback on products, services, and needs.
  • Documentation: Document and update customer records.
  • Service Routing: Route and assign service calls to ensure desired service response times are met.
  • Management Updates: Provide regular updates to management on customer feedback, concerns, and issues.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure that customer needs are being met.
  • Team Meetings: Participate in team meetings and provide input on ways to improve the customer experience.
  • Internal Support: Support internal customers through light housekeeping tasks.

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Availability: Ability to work onsite, Monday-Friday, with occasional weekends or evenings to support business operations.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to type and operate office technology.
