Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and assisting with sales and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Store Maintenance
    • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas.
    • Restock shelves and merchandise as needed to ensure a visually appealing and well-stocked store.
  • Sales and Inventory Management
    • Assist with sales and inventory management, including processing transactions, handling customer returns, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
    • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive shopping environment.
  • Teamwork
    • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
    • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve sales and customer service skills.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Previous retail sales experience preferred.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
    • Basic math and accounting skills.
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a climate-controlled retail store and warehouse environment.
    • Occasional exposure to refrigerated coolers and storage areas.
