Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt and courteous service to customers, responding to their inquiries and addressing their concerns.
  • Process sales and returns using a cash register, accurately handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the check lanes and surrounding areas.
  • Restock shelves and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that products are readily available for customers.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and store displays, creating an attractive and inviting shopping experience.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling.
