**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Representative. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience, and maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Welcoming guests and assisting with their stay, including checking in/out, wake-up calls, and handling guest concerns and requests
  • Taking reservation requests and making adjustments to reservations as needed
  • Working with Hotel Management and other team members to provide an excellent guest experience
  • Using our front desk computer system to complete customer transactions and run reports
  • Communicating with the housekeeping team to be aware of room availability or guests

**Requirements:**

  • HS Diploma or equivalent work experience
  • 1-2 years in a previous customer service position
  • Basic office skills (i.e. math, cash handling, computer skills, etc.)
