Job Title: Direct Support Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Direct Support Supervisor to join our team at RHA Health Services. As a Direct Support Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health, and substance use challenges.

Job Summary:

The Direct Support Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of Direct Support Employees, managing residential homes/facilities, and ensuring that individuals receive high-quality care and support. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of Direct Support Employees
  • Manage residential homes/facilities and ensure a clean and maintained environment
  • Provide direct care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health, and substance use challenges
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to Direct Support Employees
  • Ensure that individuals receive high-quality care and support, and that their needs are met
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless care and support
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. required; Associate Degree in a health-related area or two years' experience in a health-related field preferred
  • One year of experience working with individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities
  • Flexible schedule and availability to provide on-call coverage as needed
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
  • Valid driver's license
  • CPR, first aid, NCI, and/or MedTech certification a plus
Benefits:
