Position Summary:
As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of resident living spaces and shared areas within our community.

Compensation:
Pay range - $ /hr.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks in resident apartments and common areas, ensuring a tidy and welcoming environment.
  • Assist in preparing vacant apartments for new residents.
  • Respond promptly to resident and guest requests to ensure satisfaction.
  • Support the team in addressing resident emergencies as needed.
  • Maintain a courteous and professional attitude towards residents, visitors, and colleagues.
Qualifications
  • No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Effective communication skills in English are essential.
  • Ability to make sound decisions independently when necessary.
  • Capable of solving practical issues and adapting to varying situations.
  • Maintain a friendly and positive demeanor with residents and fellow staff members.
  • Reliable transportation is necessary for travel within the community.
