In this position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness of resident living spaces and shared areas within the community.

Compensation - $ /hr.

Position Responsibilities
  • Perform routine cleaning of resident apartments and/or villas, including assistance with hallways and communal spaces in the Town Center building.
  • Support the preparation of vacant apartments/villas for new resident move-ins.
  • Ensure resident and guest satisfaction by promptly addressing needs and requests.
  • Assist in responding to resident emergencies as needed.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards all residents, visitors, and colleagues.
Candidate Qualifications
  • No prior experience? No worries. We provide training.
  • Effective communication skills in English are essential.
  • Ability to make independent decisions when necessary.
  • Capable of solving practical problems and handling situations with limited standardization.
  • Maintain a friendly and positive demeanor towards residents and coworkers.
  • Reliable transportation is required for travel between Villas.
