Position Summary
As a Residential Cleaner, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our community by maintaining resident apartments and shared spaces.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of resident apartments and communal areas.
- Assist in preparing vacant apartments for new residents.
- Address resident and guest needs promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Respond to resident emergencies as required.
- Uphold a positive and professional attitude towards residents, visitors, and colleagues.

Qualifications
- No prior experience is necessary; we provide comprehensive training.
- Effective communication skills in English are essential.
- Ability to make independent decisions when necessary.
- Competence in solving practical issues and adapting to varying situations.
- Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor with residents and team members.
