Overview:
As a Schedule Coordinator at Flatiron Construction, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our construction projects by coordinating and managing project timelines. This position requires a strong understanding of construction processes and schedules, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and contractors, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, including milestones and deadlines.
- Analyze project data and provide insights to improve scheduling efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify and mitigate potential scheduling risks and issues.
- Provide support and guidance to project teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in construction scheduling, preferably in heavy civil construction.
- Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6 and other project management software.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
