About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to join our team at Marand Builders, Inc. in Charlotte, NC. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a seasoned professional with strong leadership skills and experience in managing large-scale commercial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enforce safety compliance (OSHA and Marand safety plan and policies) and advocate for a safe work environment.
  • Supervise the construction effort in the field to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address any issues, and provide guidance to project teams.
  • Develop and implement effective project management plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, including financial reports, schedules, and quality control metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial construction, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in project management software, including Procore, Microsoft Project, and Autodesk.
  • Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
