Job Overview

Red Cedar Capital Partners LLC is a dynamic developer and builder in Charlotte, NC & surrounding markets. We are seeking a highly skilled Land Development Project Manager to join our team.

About the Role

This is a full-time position averaging 40 hours per week with a standard daytime schedule. The successful candidate will have strong project management skills, a deep understanding of land development processes, and effective communication with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage project plans, including scope, timeline, and budget for land development projects from acquisition through completion.
  • Navigate the permitting process to secure necessary approvals from local and state regulatory agencies.
  • Ensure that all project activities comply with zoning regulations, environmental laws, and safety standards.
  • Assist in the preparation of project budgets and track expenditures throughout the project.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in land development project management or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of land use regulations, environmental impact assessments, and zoning ordinances.
  • Proven project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is $80,000-$100,000, with bonus potential. Benefits include 100% Medical, Dental, & Vision insurance covered to the employee, 401k with a Safe Harbor match formula, and 11 annual company-paid holidays.
