Requirements:
  • Minimum 5-10 years of hands-on experience in construction management or a similar role.
  • OSHA 30 certification is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software is essential.

Prior experience in multi-family project management is highly desirable.

The compensation package includes a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and location considerations.
