Job Description:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field. A bachelor's degree in one of these fields is preferred.

This role requires excellent technical coordination skills, particularly in the areas of design and manufacturing activities. Experience in heavy industrial design and 3D/2D CAD proficiency is highly desirable.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the technical aspects of projects, including cost estimation, delivery schedules, quality control, and target achievement. They will also participate in creating overall project timelines and work breakdown structures.

In addition to their technical expertise, the selected individual will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal. They will need to collaborate with various stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and engineers.

  • $85,000 - $110,000 per year
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in hydroelectricity and related design and manufacturing activities
  • Experience in technical coordination of engineering activities and subcontracting
  • Good verbal and written communication
  • Experience in manufacturing or heavy industrial design
  • 3D / 2D CAD proficiency
