Position: Employment Support Specialist II

Compensation: $17.84 per hour

Position Summary

Work Environment: Flexible schedule, Monday to Friday, with hours from 9 AM to 3 PM, totaling 20 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide transportation services for participants to their internship sites as needed.
  • Conduct job coaching and on-the-job training for assigned participants, serving as a positive role model for both participants and internship staff.
  • Understand and implement each participant's safeguards and Individual Plan of Service (IPOP), as applicable.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old, with a high school diploma or GED and one year of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
