We are seeking a highly skilled Helpdesk Support Specialist to join our Information Services team at the Healthcare Association of New York State (HANYS). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support, vendor contract management, and administrative services to our staff and clients.
Key Responsibilities- Help Desk Support: Provide triage-level technical support to our staff and clients, including direct contact, documentation, and escalation of requests.
- Project Support: Participate in Information Services projects, providing logistic support, communications, and application testing as needed.
- Vendor Management Support: Maintain vendor contracts, ensure timely billing, and prepare purchasing requests for Information Services purchases.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative and secretarial support to Information Services leadership staff, including calendar management, document review, and other duties as assigned.
- A high school diploma with at least 2 years of helpdesk or customer support experience or related administrative experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and other standard industry desktop user tools.
- IT Helpdesk support experience is desirable.
- Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in an organized and efficient manner.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, coupled with attention to detail and customer-focused skills.
