Job Title: Dialysis Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Dialysis Nurse Specialist to join our team at First Horizon Advisors, Inc. As a Dialysis Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the delivery of safe and effective dialysis treatments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care and education to patients undergoing dialysis treatments
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure patient safety and well-being
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient care and treatment outcomes
Requirements:
  • Current LPN license in the state of practice
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • IV certification if required by state of practice
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior dialysis experience preferred
