Plant Mechanic Job Description

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Plant Mechanic to join our team at Wood plc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the installation, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of plant equipment.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Install, operate, and maintain plant equipment, including natural gas and liquids separation and filtration systems, condensate stabilization systems, and turbine power generation systems.

* Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions, and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance.

* Collaborate with instrumentation and electrical technicians, plant operators, engineers, and other teams to ensure seamless operations and maintenance.

* Develop and implement maintenance and operating procedures to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

* Participate in the construction of the facility and contribute to the development of plant maintenance and operating procedures.

**Requirements**

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering or a related field.

* Proven experience in plant maintenance and operations, with a strong background in equipment installation, operation, and maintenance.

* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex equipment malfunctions.

* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
