Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Plant Operator to join our team at Enlink. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our natural gas processing facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and control the operation of natural gas processing, product treating, and compression equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal plant performance.
  • Assist maintenance and I&E technicians with routine maintenance and major projects.
  • Ensure compliance with operating and maintenance procedures, as well as safety regulations.
  • Complete and close work orders, and prepare operational reports.
  • Perform inspections and preventative maintenance on plant equipment, including engines, compressors, dehydrators, turbines, pumps, and other equipment.
  • Start and stop operating equipment, and perform general housekeeping on operating and idle equipment.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 3+ years' experience in gas treating/processing plant operations.
  • Good understanding of plant principles and operations.
  • Knowledge of cryogenic plant process and procedure (preferred).
  • Ability to respond to emergencies in a timely manner.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Pass pre-employment drug screen and subject to random drug testing.
  • Strong English communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and interface effectively with internal and external customers.
  • Physical ability to lift, carry, push, pull up to 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions

This is a rotating shift position, requiring the ability to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with exposure to extreme weather conditions, and be willing to work in confined spaces.
