We are seeking a skilled Plant Operator to join our team at Enlink. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our natural gas processing facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and control plant operations to optimize performance and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plant equipment, including engines, compressors, and dehydrators.
  • Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance to identify and address potential issues.
  • Start and stop operating equipment, including compressors and process skids.
  • Perform general housekeeping on operating and idle equipment.
  • Ensure the safe and efficient operation of plant, equipment, and systems.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 3+ years' experience in gas treating/processing plant required.
  • Good understanding of plant principles and operations required.
  • Knowledge of cryogenic plant process and procedure preferred.
  • Ability to respond in a timely manner to any emergency.
  • Possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screen and is subject to random drug testing.
  • Strong English communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to effectively work in a team environment.
  • Capable of lifting/carrying/pushing/pulling up to 50 pounds.
  • Capable of vigorous outdoor activities and have manual dexterity.
Working Conditions

The Plant Operator will work in a fast-paced environment with rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The position requires the ability to work in a team environment and to interface effectively with internal and external customers, regulatory officials, and company contacts.
