About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Apple Leisure Group. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for growing and leading all luxury sales efforts targeting high-end travel agencies and consortia in the USA, with a special focus on the Impression Brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize sales and drive revenue growth in the luxury segment
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-end travel agencies, consortia, and other key partners
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and road shows to promote the Impression Brand
  • Collaborate with the Regional Directors of Sales and Director of Sales Consortia and Luxury Brands to develop and implement global sales strategies
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to management to inform business decisions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Proven track record of success in luxury sales and business development
  • Strong network of high-end travel agencies and consortia
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
