**Job Description**

We are seeking an Account Growth Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on driving sales growth and account conversion within an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve maximum sales growth and profitability
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to establish The Home Depot as the preferred heavy equipment rental vendor
  • Partner with internal teams to leverage resources and maximize time spent with customers
  • Conduct administrative activities to ensure accurate pipeline and sales reporting
  • Travel extensively within the market to meet with customers and prospects

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of achievement
  • Demonstrated skills in account selling, cold calling, and territory management
  • Strong sales acumen, self-discipline, and teamwork skills
  • Knowledge of construction equipment commonly used in the rental industry
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Dynamics CRM

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.
