About the Role

Kyyba is seeking an experienced Account Resolution Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving customer disputes, collecting payments, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve customer complaints and disputes through effective communication and negotiation.
  • Collect payments from customers via phone, email, or mail.
  • Work with internal and external teams to resolve complex customer issues.
What We Offer
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred; High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 1-2 years' experience in Customer Service and/or Collections environment preferred.
  • Familiarity with the automotive industry is a plus.

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year based on location and experience. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and career development opportunities.
