Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Account Growth Specialist to join our team at Modigent. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic client acquisition, complex project sales, and relationship management. You will work closely with key stakeholders to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

Earning Potential
$85,000 - $120,000 per year

Responsibilities
• Strategic Client Acquisition: Identify and onboard new customers, focusing on key accounts and driving revenue growth
• Complex Project Sales: Close large, intricate projects and solutions within defined market segments
• Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring continuous engagement and satisfaction
• Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative selling environment, leveraging subject matter experts to provide unique solutions to customers
• Customer Service Excellence: Uphold high standards of customer service, both externally and internally
• Performance Management: Meet and exceed key performance indicators, managing service level agreements and critical deliverables
• Data Management: Maintain accurate sales forecasting and customer information within CRM systems and other tools
• Negotiation and Closure: Lead negotiations on contract terms and drive deals to closure, ensuring alignment with customer expectations
• Problem Resolution: Proactively address customer concerns and solve problems in a timely manner
• Market Expertise: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscapes, demonstrating high-level industry knowledge
• Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing and implementation
• Post-Sales Support: Provide professional after-sales support to enhance customer loyalty and retention
• Customer Engagement: Maintain regular communication with assigned customers to understand evolving needs and preferences

Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in the HVAC market, commercial construction sales, or account management
• Bachelor's degree in business, communication, marketing, or a related field
• Strong business acumen, presentation skills, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent customer service and client management skills
• Demonstrable sales process knowledge and ability to close deals
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
