About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Mobile Software Engineer to join our team at Medtronic. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing mobile applications that help patients manage their diabetes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop mobile applications for diabetes management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret, analyze, and implement software requirements
  • Coach and mentor junior engineers to improve their designs and implementation
  • Develop and maintain complex mobile applications using Android Studio or Xcode
  • Expertise in one of the following languages: Dart, Java, Kotlin, C/C++, Objective-C, Swift

Requirements:

  • 4 years of software engineering experience with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Sciences
  • Or, advanced degree with 2 years of experience
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Database operations on mobile devices
  • Knowledge of integrating with REST/SOAP based APIs
