About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer II to join our team at Medtronic. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing operating systems components, software tools, and utilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop high-performance, production-quality code and perform unit testing.
  • Collaborate closely with other software engineers across the organization in an onshore/offshore environment.
  • Work across a variety of software lifecycle activities as determined by program needs.
  • Ensure that system improvements are successfully implemented and monitored to increase efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, sciences, or technology with 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Or, 0+ years of experience with an Advanced degree.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AWS S3, AWS ECS, AWS Dynamo DB, AWS Lambda, API Gateway.
  • Knowledge in REST API development, microservices using Spring Boot.
  • Knowledge in software architecture patterns.
