We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team at our Columbus, Ohio facility. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving plant building and grounds, including HVAC systems, utility distribution systems, and other facilities-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and improve plant building and grounds, including HVAC systems, utility distribution systems, and other facilities-related tasks.
  • Perform plant and/or office facilities maintenance duties, including furniture moving, maintenance of office equipment, and simple electrical projects.
  • Perform work in more than one of the maintenance trades, including carpentry, plumbing, painting, machine and equipment repair, electrical and HVAC, sheet metal fabrication, and welding.
  • Preventative maintenance: Test, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair machines and equipment and report problems to supervisor as appropriate.
  • Interpret blueprints, sketches, layouts, wiring diagrams, drawings, and specifications.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2 or more years experience in Industrial Maintenance or Facility Maintenance
  • Must be able to work from heights and ladders

Preferred:

  • HVAC Universal License
