- Handle equipment safely to prevent accidents and demonstrate a good working knowledge of tools and their safe use.
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools in a safe and effective manner.
- Follow preventive maintenance schedules and complete reports as requested.
- Inspect and maintain emergency power equipment, fire alarm systems, lighting systems, and plumbing systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification preferred.
