Your Role: As a District Sales Manager, your main objective will be to enhance overall sales performance, optimize profitability, recruit and nurture managerial talent, and promote a customer-focused culture. Your outstanding leadership and strategic insight will significantly influence team performance and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Growth Initiatives: Formulate and execute strategic sales plans in collaboration with the Director of Operations to drive district-wide sales growth.
  • Manager Recruitment and Development: Identify, onboard, and cultivate high-quality sales managers, empowering them to effectively lead their teams and meet sales objectives.
  • Coaching and Mentorship: Provide guidance, mentorship, and motivation to managers to enhance their teams' selling capabilities, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
  • Performance Oversight: Assess and analyze sales performance metrics, offering actionable insights and constructive feedback during site visits to boost individual and team outcomes.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage and optimize the district's sales budget to maximize resources and enhance profitability.
  • Sales Reporting: Compile and present regular sales reports and performance summaries to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in retail or hospitality management, with a minimum of 3 to 5 years overseeing multiple standalone locations across diverse regions.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and operational excellence through effective recruitment, leadership, and development of Store Managers and Associates.
  • Exceptional ability to inspire and develop others – must possess strong interpersonal skills and exemplify servant leadership.
  • Demonstrated capacity to foster a positive and open work environment.
  • Highly adaptable, resourceful, and capable of promptly addressing challenges. Ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Effective communication skills across all levels, particularly in remote interactions.
  • Self-driven and capable of working independently while also being a collaborative team player.
  • Willingness to accept feedback for personal and professional development.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to operational excellence.
  • Ability to translate shared vision into actionable strategies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
