Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Enhancing Sales Performance: Formulate and execute strategic sales initiatives alongside the Director of Operations to boost sales across the district.
  • Recruiting and Mentoring Leaders: Attract, onboard, and nurture high-quality sales managers, equipping them to effectively lead their teams and meet sales objectives.
  • Coaching and Development: Guide, mentor, and inspire managers to elevate their team's selling capabilities, product knowledge, and customer relationship management.
  • Performance Evaluation: Assess and analyze sales metrics, offering actionable insights and feedback during site visits to enhance team performance.
  • Financial Oversight: Oversee and optimize the district's sales budget to maximize resources and enhance profitability.
  • Sales Analysis: Compile and present regular sales reports and performance updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in retail or hospitality management, with a minimum of 3 to 5 years overseeing multiple standalone store locations across diverse geographic areas.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and operational excellence through effective hiring, leadership, and development of Store Managers and Associates.
  • Exceptional ability to motivate and develop others, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to servant leadership.
  • Proven capability to foster a positive and open work environment.
  • Highly resourceful, adaptable, and capable of promptly resolving issues. Ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Effective communication skills across all levels, particularly in remote interactions.
  • Self-driven and capable of working independently while also being a cooperative team member.
  • Open to feedback for personal and professional growth.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to operational excellence.
  • Ability to translate shared vision into alignment and execution.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
