Welcome to DFR LLC, a prominent organization dedicated to delivering exceptional services across various sectors. We are currently in search of a Lead Eligibility Specialist to significantly contribute to our community initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide and mentor the team of Eligibility Specialists
  • Conduct travel to DFR offices within the designated Region as required
  • Provide support and coaching to all Eligibility Specialist personnel
  • Ensure adherence to policies and procedures as outlined by DFR Local Office Management
  • Implement and instruct on procedural updates from management
  • Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports detailing activities undertaken while assisting Eligibility Specialist staff
  • Offer ongoing training and direction to Eligibility Specialist personnel
  • Facilitate training support for case evaluations for Eligibility Specialist staff
  • Deliver coaching based on QA scorecards
  • Provide production support as necessary

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience as an Eligibility Specialist is essential
  • Highly organized with strong analytical skills
  • Able to convey clear and concise instructions
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities
  • Exhibit patience while collaborating with others
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently
  • Strong background in customer service
  • Preferred educational background includes a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Counseling or Social Services; however, a High School Diploma or GED is mandatory
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is preferred

Location: The primary work location will be determined based on candidate selection, with office visits assigned as necessary.
