About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled nurse to join our team at Overlake Terrace Retirement Community. As a Health and Wellness Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our residents, enhancing their overall well-being and quality of life.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents, addressing their physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring seamless transitions and comprehensive support.
  • Build strong relationships with residents and their families, fostering trust and open communication.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Current LPN or RN license in good standing in the state of Washington.
  • CPR/First Aid certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and compassion.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
