Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Health and Wellness Professional to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to residents, including medication management, wound care, and mobility assistance.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs and preferences of each resident.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Current LPN or RN license in good standing in the state of Washington.
  • CPR/First Aid certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
