As the Graham Group continues to expand, we are in search of a motivated Apprentice Site Engineer.

The successful candidate will primarily work on our Milton Keynes project, with opportunities to engage in other sites as needed.

This role involves supporting our current Site Management and Engineering teams while participating in academic studies on a day/block release schedule.

This position presents an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to:

The selected candidate will be trained to perform the following tasks:

• Setting out, leveling, and surveying construction sites

• Working with site plans, drawings, and building information models

• Mapping structural boundaries on-site using pegs and markers

• Collaborating with designers and engineers to ensure accuracy in plans and drawings

• Overseeing quality assurance

• Monitoring health and safety standards

• Maintaining a site diary

• Addressing technical challenges

• Working both in an office environment and on construction sites.

• Ensuring compliance with all Company Procedures

• Adhering to Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality Management Procedures

• Achieving high standards of quality and workmanship on-site

• Actively promoting the company’s values and reputation

Essential Qualifications:
• Resident of Milton Keynes

• Demonstrated enthusiasm for the role

• Ability to work independently and take initiative

• Strong communication skills and adaptability in work locations

• Minimum of 3 A Levels at grade C or above or BTEC Level 3 (triple grade); exceptional candidates may be considered at a lower level.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with the Construction Industry

• A keen interest in pursuing a STEM career within the Construction sector.
