Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in airport, government, and healthcare construction projects
  • A minimum of 10 years in managing commercial construction projects
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in commercial general contracting
  • Proficiency in computer applications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to grammar and spelling
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Proactive personality and self-starter
  • Ability to foster relationships and excellent skills in blueprint reading
  • Familiarity with building codes and trade contractor relationships
  • Outstanding references
