- In-depth understanding of construction machinery and industry regulations
- Capability to analyze subcontracts and purchase agreements
- Familiarity with software tools such as Trimble, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- OSHA 30 Certification is mandatory
