Adecco is assisting a Fortune 500 client in recruiting for a remote Customer Service Representative based out of Dublin, CA.

Job Summary

This is a full-time temporary position that requires candidates to have excellent communication, organization, and accuracy and quality of work skills in a high-volume corporate environment.

Responsibilities
  • Responds to customer inquiries through phone, letter, email, and fax.
  • Resolves customer complaint issues by phone, email, and letters.
  • Provides an excellent level of customer service both internally and externally.
  • Utilizes strong phone skills when speaking with customers.
  • Understands and implements company policies and procedures consistently.
  • Records all inquiries in the Customer Call database.
  • Interacts and follows up with District Managers, Stores, and other Corporate Departments.
Requirements
  • High school diploma.
  • 2 years of customer service experience required.
  • 2 years of call center experience preferred.
  • 2 years of retail experience preferred.
  • Spanish speaking preferred.
  • Proficient within MS Office - Word, Excel, and Access.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Starting pay at $18.50 per hour based on experience. Weekly pay, generous bonus incentives offered for referrals, and benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.

In addition, our associates may be eligible for paid leave including Paid Sick Leave or any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law, as well as Holiday pay where applicable.
