Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and direct the delivery of oral health care services
  • Work closely with our dental provider and support teams, physician leaders, behavioral health leaders, and administration staff to ensure seamless patient care
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with community health care and social resources to enhance our services
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of dentistry with a D.D.S. or D.M.D. degree
  • Current license to practice dentistry in the State of Iowa
  • At least 3 years of dentist clinical experience
  • 1 year of dental team leadership responsibility
  • Active DEA certification and BLS certification
Preferred Requirements
  • 5 years of dentist clinical experience
  • 3 years of dental team leadership responsibility
  • Active ACLS certification
  • Knowledge and connections to community health care and social resources
