Job OverviewAs a Salon Director at Sun Tan City Teslow Group, you will play a vital role in creating and maintaining an exceptional client experience. This position requires strong leadership skills, with a focus on supervising and directing a team to achieve performance goals. Key responsibilities include ensuring client satisfaction, monitoring and motivating staff, handling minor maintenance issues, and maintaining a clean and safe salon environment.

Key Responsibilities Develop and coach employees to provide outstanding client experiences
Swiftly address client concerns and issues
Set a positive example and maintain a calm demeanor during high-volume periods
Drive company metrics by developing action plans and implementing programs
Manage with integrity and honesty, promoting the culture, values, and mission of Sun Tan City

Requirements College education preferred, but not required
Management and/or sales experience required
Basic computer skills (ability to use Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple situations simultaneously
Strong knowledge of client service techniques and operational practices
Strong problem-solving and organizational/planning skills
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach and mentor
Team building skills
Ability to prioritize and delegate
