Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and maintain the organization's databases effectively.
  • Act as a liaison with technology vendors to ensure seamless operations.
  • Organize materials and logistics for various meetings.
  • Draft and distribute communications to stakeholders and the public.
  • Generate and analyze data for internal teams by creating and executing queries and reports for all utilized databases, including Microsoft Access and online platforms.
  • Assist in the financial management related to the accreditation process, including invoice preparation, receivables tracking, reconciliations, and budget oversight.
