Job Title: Senior Manager, Contracts and Litigation

Remington is a dynamic and growing hotel management company with a rich history in the hospitality industry. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Contracts and Litigation to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Senior Manager, Contracts and Litigation will provide critical support to our Law Department, serving as a key point of contact for hotel managers in the United States and CALA. This role will be responsible for negotiating contracts with third-party vendors, resolving guest issues, and providing legal assistance to our internal clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct support to attorneys and assist team members in performing their duties and responsibilities.
  • Respond to inquiries from General Managers and corporate stakeholders related to hotel-level and above-property contracts with vendors and other service providers.
  • Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, including groups sales agreements, crew accommodation agreements, and OTA agreements.
  • Support hotels in registering for U.S. government business and provide entity formation and entity management support.
  • Provide guidance to clients on vendor disputes and guest issues.
  • Conduct and summarize legal research as requested.
  • Draft and respond to legal correspondence and memoranda.
Requirements:
  • Two-year college degree
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience
  • Paralegal Certificate preferred but not required
  • Hospitality experience required
  • Spanish speaking skills a plus
  • Strong project management skills and ability to meet simultaneous deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact and communicate effectively
  • Ability to present ideas and information in a clear, concise manner
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to interact effectively and develop positive, professional working relationships with clients and team members
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Familiarity with database functionality and operation
  • Ability to travel as needed
