We are currently seeking a Litigation Case Manager to join our dynamic Litigation Practice Systems Department in Dallas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee case management, including direct supervision of paralegals and litigation assistants.
  • Proactively anticipate and strategize for all phases of litigation with minimal guidance from supervising attorneys.
  • Assist attorneys throughout the litigation process, including lawsuit preparation, discovery, trial preparation, and trial attendance.
  • Organize and evaluate documents, ensuring the proper handling of confidential and privileged materials.
  • Mentor and supervise senior paralegals, paralegals, and litigation assistants, providing regular performance feedback.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent specialized experience, or a Paralegal certificate recognized by the ABA, along with the necessary experience.
  • At least 5 years of current litigation experience, with substantial expertise in managing fact and expert discovery, Markman hearings, and pre-trial/post-trial disclosures and briefings.
  • Preferred experience in handling investigations before the International Trade Commission and Federal Circuit appellate work.
  • Familiarity with Federal and State Court rules.
  • IP litigation experience is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to maintain effective relationships with attorneys, clients, and staff, whether in person or through remote communication.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Relativity, Everchron, ProLaw, Lexis, and Westlaw.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
  • Ability to work in the office at least one day per week, with additional days as required.
