We are currently seeking a Litigation Case Manager to enhance our fast-paced Litigation Practice Systems Department in Dallas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee case management, including direct supervision of paralegals and litigation assistants.
  • Proactively anticipate and plan for all stages of litigation with minimal guidance from supervising attorneys.
  • Assist attorneys throughout the litigation process, including lawsuit preparation, discovery, trial preparation, and trial attendance.
  • Organize and evaluate documents, ensuring proper handling of confidential and privileged materials.
  • Mentor and train senior paralegals, paralegals, and litigation assistants, providing ongoing feedback regarding their performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent specialized experience, or a Paralegal certificate recognized by the ABA with requisite experience.
  • At least 5 years of current litigation experience, with substantial involvement in fact and expert discovery, Markman hearings, and pre-trial/post-trial disclosures and briefings.
  • Experience with investigations before the International Trade Commission and Federal Circuit appellate work is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Federal and State Court rules.
  • Preferred experience in IP litigation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to maintain effective relationships with attorneys, clients, and staff, both in-person and remotely.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Relativity, Everchron, ProLaw, Lexis, and Westlaw.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
  • Ability to work in the office at least one day per week, with additional days as required.
