Requirements
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in civil litigation.
  • Proven experience as a general liability attorney.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a litigation attorney.
  • Experience as an Insurance Defense Attorney is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professional ethics and integrity.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to resolve complex legal issues.
  • Proficiency in legal research and the use of legal databases.
