Program Leader Job Overview

The Program Leader is tasked with managing the efficiency and profitability of designated programs. This role encompasses spearheading the establishment of a Quality Management System (QMS) oriented environment that prioritizes excellence and client satisfaction. The Program Leader will also be instrumental in fostering leadership capabilities within the organization, executing lean methodologies, and partnering with KMM leadership to facilitate enhancements.

This position demands a professional attitude, promptness, and a respectful approach towards clients and team members. The primary objective of the Program Leader is to enhance profitability and cash flow annually through the application of QMS principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion the creation of a QMS Principles driven atmosphere
  • Encourage the development of leadership skills among colleagues
  • Implement the PDCA cycle for ongoing improvement
  • Ensure daily operations align with program lean standard practices
  • Utilize KMM Continuous Improvement Processes for effective problem resolution

The Program Leader must possess the ability to facilitate kaizen events, coach, and mentor utilizing the six thinking processes to drive advancements in various program facets. Regular reporting to designated leadership is also a requisite for this position.
