Infrastructure Funding Specialist

The Apex Engineering Group is seeking an experienced Funding and Financing Expert to lead infrastructure project funding for water/wastewater, transportation, municipal, and facility projects. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients have access to the funding they need to deliver projects efficiently and cost-effectively.

• Evaluate and analyze various funding sources, including federal, state, and local programs, to develop tailored funding strategies.
• Collaborate closely with Apex Sector Leaders and Project Managers to assess, plan, secure, and manage funding for critical infrastructure initiatives.
• Lead the preparation and submittal of grant and loan applications for Apex Project Managers and clients.
• Provide strategic guidance to Apex Project Managers and clients on aligning project objectives with funding program priorities.

• Residency in Minnesota or North Dakota.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• A minimum total of 5 years of related work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Communications, Engineering, or related fields.
