Multilingual Customer Support and Operations Coordinator

As a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Analyst at Asfin LLC, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing various operational processes to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of our company's services. Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure accurate and timely registration of information in the company's CRM system related to customer service activities.
- Information Collection:
- Collect and verify the required information for the services to be contracted, ensuring all data is complete and accurate.
- Data Recording:
- Accurately record information in the established interfaces, maintaining the integrity and reliability of company data.
- Payment Processing:
- Ensure the timely and accurate payment of services sold, coordinating with relevant departments to resolve any issues.
- Compliance:
- Comply with the established insurance, tax, and accounting processes, ensuring all activities are performed in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Additional Tasks:
- Execute any other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor to support the objectives of the position and the company's operational goals.
