Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Registration: Register new patients, collect demographic information, and verify insurance coverage.
  • Scheduling: Schedule patient appointments, manage waitlists, and coordinate with clinical staff.
  • Communication: Communicate with patients, providers, and insurance companies to resolve issues and obtain necessary information.
  • Administrative Support: Manage patient records, maintain accurate and up-to-date files, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a clinical office environment preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, working weekdays from 8am to 5pm. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
