Regional Service Manager

Job Summary
The Regional Service Technician will be responsible for completing a wide variety of service requests, ensuring our maintenance teams operate within target standards, and collaborating with on-site maintenance personnel to keep communities in excellent condition.
This role will require frequent travel to various IRT communities and working closely with the VP of Facilities.
Key Responsibilities
• Troubleshoot and complete service requests
• Perform preventative maintenance and make-ready repairs
• Maintain community facilities, including HVAC systems, lighting, boiler/gas/electric systems, pool areas, water irrigation systems, electrical and plumbing systems, tile/carpet/flooring, and roofing/gutters
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to achieve performance goals
Requirements
• 2 years' experience in property maintenance or equivalent field
• EPA I, EPA II, and CPO certifications
• Ability to travel, lift and carry up to 45 lbs., occasionally lift and carry up to 80 lbs., push and pull appliance dolly up to 200 lbs., and move objects up and down staircases
• Valid Driver's License
