This role is a key position in the company's sales strategy, and the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy for the region, focusing on core industries such as high tech, transportation, and medical devices.
  • Identify market trends and shifts, and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Design and implement a strategic sales plan to expand the company's footprint and ensure a strong presence in the market.
  • Forecast sales and revenue on a rolling quarterly basis, and create pipelines to achieve business goals.
  • Manage negotiations, compliance, and local regulations, maintaining high ethical standards.
  • Present sales, revenue, and forecast data to the company, and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Drive the sales process from plan to close, and build strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience with Dassault Systemes suite is a plus.
  • At least five years of experience selling solutions to large companies.
  • Proven expertise in consultative selling.
